Artist Statement

Most of the photos here are part of an ongoing project around the theme of 'Naked in Thanet'. Basically, I use local 'normal' (non-pro model) people & photograph them naked or semi-naked around Margate, Kent (U.K.) & the surrounding areas. Whilst I do not specialise solely in BBW models, I tend to prefer them when possible (I'm always seeking more brave volunteers!). All photos are taken on B&W film (usually Ilford FP4 or Jessops Pan 100), & developed, printed & then scanned by myself. There has been no digital manipulation apart from the occasional altering of contrast / brightness / sharpness / etc.
